VIETCG & VNIA VISIT JEGA - DRIVING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE INTERIOR INDUSTRY

Recently, two delegations representing the VietCG design community and the Vietnam Interior Design Association (VNIA) visited JEGA's headquarters in China. The trip focused on key topics such as digital transformation in the interior industry and the practical implementation of an integrated design-to-manufacturing model.

Exploring JEGA - The Journey of Digital Transformation in Interiors

During the two-day visit, the delegation had the opportunity to tour JEGA's headquarters, digital technology showroom, strategic partner smart factories, and flagship brand showrooms. Through these visits, they gained a comprehensive understanding of JEGA's cutting-edge technology and global strategy in the interior industry.

Notably, VietCG and JEGA officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, laying a solid foundation for the digitalization of the interior industry in Vietnam.

JEGA currently provides digital solutions to 24 countries and territories, with 33 service centers worldwide. In Vietnam, JEGA VN is actively driving the digital transformation of the interior industry through platforms such as JEGA AiHouse and JEGA Cloud Factory, optimizing processes from design to production.

Strategic Partnership - Building a Digital Interior Ecosystem

As part of the visit, JEGA and VietCG signed a cooperation agreement at the Tianhe Software Park (Guangzhou). The agreement emphasizes four key areas of collaboration:

1. Developing a digital interior ecosystem between Vietnam and China

   • Establishing a platform that connects architects, furniture manufacturers, brands, and material suppliers.

2. Integrating design-to-manufacturing on the JEGA Cloud platform

   • Creating a seamless process from design and order breakdown to smart production, enhancing business efficiency.

3. Training and upskilling interior industry professionals

   • Organizing workshops, design competitions, and training programs on digital technology.

4. Supporting Vietnamese interior brands in reaching international markets

   • Leveraging VietCG's network and the JEGA platform to promote Vietnamese interior brands globally.

Practical Applications - Witnessing Digitalization in Manufacturing

After exploring JEGA's technology, the VietCG and VNIA delegations visited real-world applications of digital interior solutions at factories and showrooms, including:

• Hopson Yaju Smart Factory: Experiencing a streamlined production model with seamless integration between design and manufacturing.

• Gold Medal Home Furnishing Showroom: Observing how digital platforms synchronize the entire process from design to production and installation.

• JD Mall Exhibition Center: Witnessing AI-powered digital home solutions developed in collaboration with JEGA and JD.

The delegation highly appreciated the efficiency brought by JEGA's "integrated design-to-manufacturing" technology and expressed a strong desire to implement these solutions in Vietnam.

Through the 3D Home digital solution, the Gold Medal Home Furnishing Showroom has successfully integrated the entire process from design and order breakdown to production, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy from user demand to product delivery. The delegation was highly impressed with this effective collaboration model.

The delegation also visited the JD Mall Customization Exhibition Area to explore digital home solutions co-developed by JEGA and JD. They gained firsthand experience of cutting-edge AI technology empowering the home furnishing industry and expressed high expectations for JEGA's deeper integration and application in the Vietnamese market in the future.

When observing the seamless integration between the cloud-based design system and the on-site intelligent production line, the Vietnamese delegation highly appreciated the efficient collaboration model powered by Sanweijia’s 'integrated front-end and back-end' technology. They believe this model will provide valuable practical experience for Vietnamese interior companies and plan to collaborate with the JEGA platform to drive its full-scale implementation in the Vietnamese market in the future.

The visit and exchange between VietCG and VNIA mark not only a significant milestone in the digital cooperation between the home interior industries of China and Vietnam but also another major step forward in JEGA’s global strategy.
