Doors & windows not showing
If windows and doors only display as frames or do not appear when installed, follow these steps to check:
- Please use Google Chrome. Other browsers may cause doors and windows not to display;
- Switch to 2D and check if the walls are closed or overlapping, and ensure the interfaces are correctly connected;
3. Click on the surface that is not displaying to see if you have accessed custom ceiling design or if there is an additional texture layer. You need to enter the ceiling design, right-click on the texture layer, and select Delete. (Please design doors and windows before designing custom ceilings).
