Why the rendered image has no ceiling
There are two reasons why the ceiling may not be displayed in the rendered image:
- When rendering in Bird's-eye view mode, the rendered image will not show the ceiling. For normal rendering mode, you need to enter the room space to render an image with the ceiling displayed.
- If the ceiling is not visible when checking in the design or rendering interface, you can check the hide/show ceiling function under Display – custom finishing – ceiling layer. The shortcut key is Ctrl + Shift + Z.
