Why does a prompt for a long time of no operation on the software pop up

When this prompt appears, please troubleshoot using the following methods:

  1. Check if someone else is logged into the account at the same time. An account can only be used by one person at the same time;
  2. Check if any tabs or web browsers are logged into the account simultaneously.

If the above issues are ruled out and the prompt still appears, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache (shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Delete) and log back into the account;
  2. Change the password and log back into the account.
