Why is the material library not displayed?
Reason 1:
If the design of the cabinet or door panel uses a fixed material, the material library will not be displayed.
Reason 2:
If the material is not fixed and the material library is not displayed, you can clear the browser cache by following these steps. If the browser cache becomes too large, it can prevent materials from loading. The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of Google Chrome, then go to Settings – Privacy and security – Clear browsing data.
Step 2: For both Basic and Advanced, set the time range to All time. In the Advanced section, check all boxes except for Passwords, then click Clear data.
Step 3: Close the browser and reopen it.
