How to clear the browser cache
During browser usage, cache files are created. When the browser cache becomes too large, it can cause issues with the browser's overall performance. If this happens, first save your design project, and then clear the cache following these steps:
If you are using Google Chrome:
- The shortcut to clear the browser cache is Ctrl+Shift+Delete, or click as shown in the image below.
- Clear both the Basic and Advanced sections one by one, then close the browser and log in again (if you need to clear saved passwords, please check the option).
