Why does it lag during operation?

Why am I experiencing lag during use?
If you encounter issues such as lag or unresponsiveness while using the software, it may be due to the following reasons. Please check:

Reason 1: Cache issues. Since the software is an online version, the creation of graphics generates cache. As the cache accumulates, it can affect the page's response speed. Please save your project before clearing the cache.

Reason 2: Check if the dedicated graphics card is working. You need to download Driver Booster, click on Drivers, upgrade and install the necessary drivers, then restart your computer.

Reason 3: Incorrect browser usage. The recommended browser for JEGA software is Google Chrome.

Reason 4: Multiple projects are open, or the model contains too many details. When multiple projects are running simultaneously, or the model has too many polygons, high memory usage can cause lag. It is recommended not to open and use multiple projects at the same time.

Reason 5: Computer configuration. A lower computer configuration may affect performance. Please refer to the recommended configuration below:

  • System: i5 Windows 64-bit.
  • Browser: Google Chrome is recommended.
  • Flash: Flash Player 14.0 or above.
  • CPU: Multicore processor 2.0GHz or higher (i5 or above).
  • Memory: 8GB or more.
  • Network: Minimum bandwidth of 4Mbps for personal use; for businesses, fiber-optic broadband of 100Mbps is recommended.
  • Graphics card: Dedicated graphics card (GTX 940 or higher is recommended).
