Why the rendered picture turns black

Hello, if the rendered image appears entirely black or white, it is usually caused by one of the following three situations:

  1. Rendering angle issue: If the viewpoint is inside a wall or blocked by an object, the rendered image will be completely black. You should click on the guide view in the top right corner to check the location of the green viewpoint dot and try rendering in the middle of the gray area (in the middle of the room space);

  1. Viewpoint stuck inside a wall: Enable the camera clipping function, reduce the camera value, or move the lens forward, then render again;

  1. No light source in the layout: The room will be dark if there are no doors, windows, or lights. You need to add appropriate lighting to the current space. It is recommended to place supplemental lighting in the middle of the room through the rendering interface and adjust the brightness for rendering.
