Hello, to remove or keep only the skirting board, you can follow the methods below:

Method 1:

You can left-click on one side of the skirting board and left-click on the trash bin icon that appears to delete one side of it.

Method 2:

You can use Custom Tiling and right-click to remove one side:

First, enter Custom Tiling. In 3D/Wandering mode, drag the border from the Border Library to the wall using the mouse, and then right-click on the border to remove one side.

Left-click on the skirting board in Custom Tile Mode, and modify its parameters in the right-side panel

   

Method for Partially Removing Skirting Board:

1. Double left-click on the wall to enter the 2D Custom Tiling frame.
2. Left-click on the skirting board, go to the right panel, and press Edit. Change the size of the blue area you want to remove by inputting the distance from that area to both sides.
3. Right-click on the blue area and delete the section to remove that area.

Save your project and reload it for the changes to take effect.
